Who are the classes for?
Hydrotherapy classes are a great way for people with existing injuries or conditions that are aggravated by weight-bearing exercises.

What do the classes involve?
Hydrotherapy is a form of physiotherapy and is held in a heated pool by a qualified physiotherapist.
