Industry recognition for new PresCare website

24 March 2017

We are excited to announce that together with iFactory – the agency who helped us to develop our new website – we were recently awarded an Outstanding Achievement honour for excellence in the design, development and implementation of our new website.

The website launched at the beginning of February as part of our marketing campaign to let people know more about who we are, what we do, and how we can help. We embarked on this campaign in response to the changes our customers want. We want to give older Australians more choice about the support they receive to stay at home for longer. The website features a new Create my own care plan tool so that people can tailor the support services they need to their specific circumstances.

The prize, granted by the Interactive Media Awards (IMA), recognises that the project surpassed the standards of excellence that comprise the web’s most professional work. The judging consisted of a number of criteria including design, usability, innovation in technical features, standards compliance and content. To be eligible for this award level, the site has to meet strict guidelines in each area. This is an achievement only a fraction of sites entered in the IMA competition manage to reach each year.

Greg Skelton, PresCare CEO, said, “I’m delighted that we’ve received this industry recognition for the way our online presence is evolving. We want to make it as easy as possible for people who need our services to find the information and support they need. This Outstanding Achievement honour is a welcome nod from the experts that we’re getting it right.”

The IMAs recognise the highest standards of excellence in website design and development and honour individuals and organisations from around the world for their outstanding achievement. The competition seeks to elevate the standards of excellence on the Internet.

You’ll see more on the PresCare home page and iFactory website.
