  • mobility equipment (including walking aids, wheelchairs and scooters)
  • chairs (shower, toilet and lounge).

Our gardening services will help you to maintain a pleasant and safe outdoor home environment. We have preferred professional gardening services to ensure you receive the best value and service possible. Services include:

It is extremely important to your health and wellbeing to maintain friendships and be part of your community, but sometimes going out alone can feel daunting. We can take the worry out of getting out and about by accompanying you to events such as:

PresCare can link you to, or help you, attend social clubs to help you get out of the house. Social clubs are held in various locations and you can attend for a half day or a full day.

  • choosing your items
  • getting everything home
  • online shopping.

If you would feel more confident attending appointments with someone else, we can arrange for someone to attend with you. Examples of appointments might include:

If you can no longer drive and find public transport inconvenient, we can arrange our transport services to help you access the medical care you need. We can arrange transport for you to any medical appointment you may have, including the GP, specialist or rehabilitation services.

Perhaps you require transport and to be accompanied to an event or appointment. In particular, we can arrange transport and accompaniment if you need to attend an event that is long distance. Our flexible services can be tailored to meet your needs.
