Inspired Community Care
PresCare Inspired Community Care continues to grow with new clients enjoying our rapid response times and our professional care services. We pride ourselves on responding to referrals and calls for assistance usually within 24 hrs, and people have told us how refreshing this is for them when their needs are so great.
Our Programs are designed to assist older people to maintain independence while remaining at home for as long as possible. Some of our centres offer practical assistance and allied health through our Home and Community Care (H.A.C.C.) programs. Other centres offer Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)and Extended Aged Care at Home Packages (EACH) and EACH-Dementia Specific Packages, with customised care depending on your own individual needs.
You can be assured that services are selected through discussions with you about your needs and selecting from those services we are able to provide in your area.
From time to time the services will need to be wait listed. Please put your name down early so we can be aware of your requests ahead of time.
A range of services can be offered as part of your care, a few examples of what might be customised into your package...
- Light housework
- Laundry assistance
- Home respite
- Transport to any nearby medical appointments
- Emotional support
- Installation of emergency alarm monitoring systems
Numerous other services can be provided and you should call your nearest location to find out what is available for you in your area.
A fee for services is negotiated and discussed with you at an initial no-obligation meetings. Various levels of Government may co-fund the services, usually making them less expensive than Private Care.
If for some reason you are not eligible for our Government co-funded services, the same services can still be provided to you through our flexible PresCare Private Program. Service fees are available on application. Referral forms are not required.
